I’m a Phoenix based IT guy with a management and customer service background. Most recently I’ve been keeping my sysadmin-fu honed by migrating my employer’s userbase from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2010. I also take the occasional call from SellerTech, and help them with their online auction division. Some of what I did for them has been described in this Microsoft whitepaper, this blog, and this MSDN Channel 9 video. Please feel free to take a look if you’re interested in some of the things I’ve done. It doesn’t mention some of the more unusual items, like run an entire distribution center’s uplink through a cellular card after a tornado, or spending evenings deleting evil auction bidders like Space Invaders, but I think it is interesting nonetheless. I’m also always on the lookout for side projects.
